Yeah... I thought the relevance to scripting would be obvious. Why else would I want to know whether RammaR and EP are the same person? It certainly doesn't belong in smack... and ANY post can go in Open Discussion.

I'll gladly be overzealous in the scripting forum. My free time is scarce during the week, and I try to spend it helping with twx and scripting questions. Threads like this are fun and all, but it's just not about helpers or scripting. Help me help you by keeping those threads in that forum on topic.

But now that we are in open discussion... RammaR and I are not one and the same. RammaR is a palindrome of Ram, his actual name (you know, like "A man, a plan, a canal, Panama!"). My name is Patrick. He is an electrical engineer (I think) who does a little bit of development work for his job. I'm an IT consultant. He wrote really long, complex, all encompassing scripts, mostly offensive or defensive in nature, and I think he was a pretty competitive player. Me, I just like to solve problems, and most of my scripts are utility scripts written to help me solve those problems. (Shhh: I have a BFS search that took about 3 yrs to figure out that can identify all bubble sectors in a single pass... or at least I used to.)

Also, I don't recall a time when RammaR and I ever played together. We were probably on opposite teams a time or two in tournies though. We keep in touch every now and then, usually about grimytrader.com when it has an issue.

I would like to get a recent version of TWXProxy as mine is about 18 months old.

The SVN server has been moved and updated. I'll verify it's up to speed and update the links this weekend.

At least you provided some explanation instead of just silently moving it... I still think you could have saved yourself the effort.

As for helping you by keeping stuff in the appropriate forum, I do my best but it's clearly subjective what goes where, so I'll leave the micro-management to the moderators.
