 why can we not get to the home page? (http://www.eisonline.com/twforum) is there another way to check/send private messages other than from there?

nother thing i have noticed today is after every post, this comes up:
Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3' Server.CreateObject Failed /twforum/inc_mail.asp, line 23 800401f3 what the hell does that mean? i tried posting the same thing a couple times, gave up, then noticed it did post (multiple times) so i deleted the extras. i noticed lately others have posted same things more than once, so it must not just be me thats crazy. The hosting service that runs the EIS forums decided to "upgrade" to win2003 server, and bascially, that upgrade has caused some issues with the forums. You can go directly to http://www.eisonline.com/twforum/active.asp to get all the active posts.
