 CEO Classic Tournament
Silver Wings will host a CEO Classic tournament on June 13th, 2008. Game start time will be 10pm EST. This will be a 2 corp tournament where it is BYOC for the 1st 5 players. After the 5 man corps have been established, the rest will drafted in a manor where the CEO's will take turns choosing from the remaining list.
A demo game will be availble in advance for CEO's and players to see and test the edits. The game will constist of the following determined edits which are subject for debate and change.
20,000 sectors 2,000 turns w/2 day turn bank 23 hour time limit per day w/minimum 3 minute log in time Photons ON (3 seconds) (No multifire) (No fed safe photons) Ships have some special edits, but are very close to stock. Stock planets cits times cut in half
Each corp will start with a special planet not availble except by t-edit. (CEO Special) The planet will be placed within 2 hours of the game start in any sector designated by the CEO. The planets will go to level 4 in 0 days, to level 5 in 1 day, and to level 6 in 1 more additional day. These planets will be edited into the game with nothing on them, however, the product and fighter production is very high on the CEO Special planet.
There is a special edit ship for CEO's only that is called the CEO Starship. This ship is a very good ship, but WARNING, this ship carries NO pod.
Objectives: 1) If the CEO planet is captured the game is over 2) If the CEO is ship destroyed 3 times, the game is over. 3) If all corp members on 1 corp are ship destroyed, the game is over. 4) If for some reason the game lasts for more than 90 days, the game will be terminated and a winner determined by the sysop (That's me)
I will need 2 CEO volunteers that can establish a 5 man corp to get the ball rolling. Please post to this thread if you are interested in being a CEO or are interested in being put on the draft list. Thanks.
So far corps are: (Subject to change) Rev's Corp: 1) The reverend (CEO) 2) Runaway Proton
Other Corp: 1)
Draft players: 1)

 Re: CEO Classic Tournament
Yes, I seems that TW is not what it used to be when only 3 players are interested in playing a tournament. Thanks for offereing to play guys. Now I am going to announce my final retirement from Tradewars. I've had a lot of fun over the years and made a lot of friends. Good Luck in the future with the game and hope it gets more players soon.
