Need some help what is tw-proxy telenet address? Forgot it it's been a while?

You might want to be sure that SWATH has the button with little computers icon pressed in. With that in mind you don't have to set up the 127.0.0.1 addy for SWATH nor TWX; just enter the website info on both when it calls for "hostname/IP" but DON'T put "telnet://" before the URL. Also be SURE to have:
1. In SWATH's "Game Options" window:
a. After clicking "Script" and "Page 2" you brouse for the location of TWX on your computer.
b. After clicking "Network", in the "Telnet Proxy" box, you make sure it is checked and the port matches the TWX listening port found in the TWX Setup window which is usually 23.
2. In the TWX Proxy Setup window, click the tab "Program" and put the same port as you did for the last step for the listening port. It is usually 23.

And whenever a new version of SWATH comes out don't use it for old games; it will mess up the data that you already had saved using the old version. In other words, unlike most software SWATH is NOT backward-compatible.
