ok, when u have lots of figs around the universe those frickin aliens seem to love to hit them, retreat, and go back CONSTANTLY leaving you tons of messages everyday. my question is what is the most mail someone has had in 1 day? i ask because:

Cleaning up mailbox...
Deleted 128872 of 128954 messages

this is ridiculous and that is with 2 active aliens, i dont dare to think what it would be like in a game with 5...

Im most games poping aliens is a waste of resources. Them bastards just keep regenerating and coming back for more. Its only practical if you want one of their ships for yourself or they have been edited to carry large amounts of credits.

Or if their ships have a resell value of 1.5M or more for the ship. It could then be profitable capturing aliens with high priced ships you can sell at the Star Dock. Just don't waste any more than 8K figs capturing the 1.5M ship or it may not be worth it.

I used to setup traps for the aliens, or for anyone else for that matter, on the blind side of one-way warps.

its when u place figs one out of a 1 way that has a back door so the alien gets stuck.. but they still move in and out of your sector with the fig causing massive freakin messages.. which is horribly annoying, when u have to wait for 100k+ messages to delete when u log off.

If <> means a 2-way warp, and > means one way, you place lots of mines, nav haz, and defensive figs in a sector like 555 in this example:
222<>333>444<>555

From sector 333, sector 444 seems perfectly okay to warp to. But once they warp in, the only way out is via Twarp, or sector 555. Then just go through once a week or so and kill the aliens. They check in, but they don't check out.
