 Aliens regaining shields.

Hi,

Is it normal behavior, when attacking an alien, in say sector 10 (linked to sector 11 and 12) and when you have in sector 11 and 12, 50 defensive fighters each, that, the alien warps out and back in (back to sector 10) he regains shields and fighters?

Or isn't that normal?
