How are these players getting 4,500,000 alignment SO quickly. I mean they won't even have 10k experience in a brand new game and there alignment is 4.5million.

That's easy to do.
Attacking aliens, or figs from red players or corps will crank your align if they are red enough.

Well, they probably podded me - lol
Alignment and experience have nothing to do with each other as far a gaining goes.
i.e. you can go around killing red figs and never gain any xp while gaining tons of blue align or vice versa.
But, if you are red and your corpmate is 4.5 mil blue, you gonna have to bust up for xp after each xtern - cause his alignment will take away your experience.
i.e. - you are minding your own business - happily stealing from every xxb port in the universe. Your corpie pops a red right before xtern and doesn't tell you. You go afk to snuggle with the wife for a few minutes and come back expecting to find millions of credits. instead you are either locked up or dead because somebody found you when you locked up. You check your stats and your experience just went from 10K to zero. (Course he don't have to be that blue to hurt your xp).
Optimally on a mixed corp a blue should strive for align in the 1500-2000 range and xp below 1k. Then he is fed safe and doesn't hurt his casher.

I'm seeing players on servers where the whole corp is blue, and next to zero experience SHORLT after the bang with 4,500,000 alignment....it would seem they are doing some kind of trick

heh, that alignment was earned by popping an opposite-align corpmates personal figs(or detting them on a planet) to gain that align.
The farther from zero another players alignment is, and whether it is red or blue, is how you guage how much yours will change when you kill either them, or there personal fighters.

on the contrary, if you look at the CLV, two corps are max align, with no reds, only one corp has high-align reds, so they can't be killing corp-mates' figs to get blue. they must be attacking red aliens or opponents or their figs.

ROFL seeing how thats the game I am in on revs server, this is how it became, C4 got their first reds align by hiting my ship which got him a nice red, then he had his teammates kill his figs to give them the max blue align. C1 did pretty much the same, they got someone nice and red I believe it was zep, and they went blue off of his personal figs, and we got our nice aligns by killing others, reds. Now the reason why no one has exp cause at one time c1 and c2 had a red on their corp and with both max blues and max reds they lost all their exp. Then after they were fed safe the red murdered himself at dock giving him 0 exp and 0 align once again. Then slowly built there one blue align back up, zep did it by killing someone.
Its all tatics, its not by some magic thing we did day one this took about 7-14 days for everyone to get their aligns like that.

Well, if zep killed someone to get his align changed... you can rest assured that this is truely a once in a lifetime occurance.
Stars aligning a certain way with mystical forces in the mantle of the earth or something along those lines. When the podddddd is in the 7th house, and your fighters line up with mars...

RedKnight, don't take this the wrong way, but with those players, you are way in over your head.

heh. hehehe. hahahahahahahha
bwahahahahahahahahahah.
Redknight, stick to games you see those players in, show up regularily, get corped up, learn a few things.
But Prom is right in a way, that game has been over since like day 4. just everybody with the colos is too chicken-**** to kill everybody else. Show up on day 1, perhaps you'll get recruited one of these days.

Do not take this the wrong way but it sounds like you have way to much time on your hands and can sit around and play video games all day. I on the other hand have a family, and work, and have to learn by research. I am sure most advanced "tactics" were learned from others, rather than everyone independently coming up with them on their own. Now for a game that needs players to be fun, I do not know why most players discourage. the advancement of other players.

hmm, I do not see anything in my statement that would indicate an implication of your inability to learn, nor any other implication other than you do not stand a chance in that game against those particular players. I do not know of very many solo players that would be able to do more than be a nuisance in that game.
Since this is not a forum for smack talk, I will not respond to the remainder of the post, however if you would like to move it to that forum, I would be more than happy to respond in a manner that befits someone of your lofty "Systems Engineer" position.

For some reason, I seriously doubt I will knowingly corp with him in any games.
