I have an idea, but if its been metioned before, please forgive my ignorance.

The idea I have is to have an option (prob. in the GOLD section) where you could buy turns like you can fighters and shields...etc. This way people that like unlimited turns could play on servers where there are LIMITED turns and if they are good enough players, they will be able to purchase turns to stay going in the game during that day.

Just a thought...

The turns would have to be fairly expensive to keep a red corp from just takin over in a major way. ...

Thats a good point...maybe make the turns cost more if you're a member of a red corp? Or, a red player? OR, if you buy turns and join a red corp., you loose some of the turns you purchased?!?! Not sure, but I would like to see this in future revisions.

I agree totally with you on that...but my idea is for those people (sometimes myself) who like the challenge of having a turn limited game yet could have the option of purchasing more turns if required. This way, it adds a more challening and thoughtful process to the game.

I agree though, if you want unlimited turns, join an unlimited turns game.

It just doesn't make sense...

If turns cost less than the amount of money you can make with them, it would essentially become an unlimited-turn game.

If they cost more than you can make with them, what's the point?

I do think it is a good idea, but I think its more trouble than its worth...Imaginative, but complicated. I think Ill have to agree with the others on this one. If u want unlimited, just join an unlimited game. Or perhaps, instead of buying extra turn...the turns could go on weekly credit. So if u need extra turns one day, u take them, but you'll ose for the rest of the week. I think that would be a good idea for payers like me who can only go on for 3-4 days a week. Right now I play Unlimited games because I play a lot the days when I can get on, and never on the days that I can't.

I don't think being able to buy turns is a good idea. I would like to see the option to carry over unused turns to the next day. For instance, say the game is 500 turns a day. If you can't log on for a day the next day you would have 1000 turns, or two days 1500 turns. Of course there would have to be a limit. Maybe an option in tedit to how many days’ turns can add up.

I like that idea. Kinda like a limited credit turn system. Hmmm, Maybe someone should put it in code "Hint, Hint" ;) I also had an idea about a game with better incentives for good and evil....maybe something to widen the gap. Pretty much every server ive played on, there has alwayz been more good than evil. I think it would be more interesting to have a better variety. Any IDEAS for additions to do this???

Yea I think this would be great .. Something like he sets the recycle time to 7 days instead of 1 day .. Or rather let the ops have a reycle time option set as X days .. This would be good for guys/gals that need to work during the week and cant find the time .. I think it does have a downside .. If your going to do colo runs near fed .. Or try to fig space .. or do searching for other players .. then you could save turns for a week .. I mean say 500 turns a day .. 6 day cycle .. that's 3000 turns .. that'll cover a 5k game pretty good ;) .. I'me not against this but I think it'll take some working to see if it's even worth it.. Maybee he could do it as a turn bank and you'll only be allowed to withdraw like up to 2x of the daily games turns a day .. but deposit what you like..

Regards
Jon

For someone who cant go on very often like me, won't the turn just accumulate this way as opposed to just using a weekly max?
dunno, just wondering.

Well, can't you set the turn regen max to more than 100%? Wouldn't that give you the same effect, set it to something like 300% then you could acumulate turns for up to 3 days and then after that the excess are wasted.

Just a couple of pennies with my thoughts
