 Alien home space question

When banging a new game using either internal or external (Gold) Aliens, how is it determined which sector Ferrengal will be in? Is this something the sysop can set, or is it generated by the game program? I looked through all the menus in Tedit and did not find any way to set a sector for Ferrengal in advance. I guess you could move the planet after it is created, but would that cause a problem with the planet's location not matching the "home space" established by the game program for that alien race?

Best I can tell, is that it's generated by the program. As for the moving it thing. That would basicly be the same thing as somebody capping it and then moving it IMO. Lets hear some more answers. Mine is bound to be wrong <G>.

There is no way to specify where it will go. If it's internal ferrengal, it won't matter if you move it, as they internal ferrengi don't really use it anyway. If it's Gold aliens, you could still move it, but it would probably make it easier to capture.
