Sorry if this has been covered before, but I am working on a custom game and am having a lot of fun making new ships and alien factions with the command center gold features.

Back in the day I played a game that had wandering planets. Is that still possible? Can that be replicated with the TWGS command center or do I have to install a mod? Does it still exist?

I would also love to have anomalies. Like star-trek style stuff. If you detect an anomaly with a density scanner and warp in, suddenly you're caught in a subspace field or black hole or something and need to twarp out or lose turns or something like that.

Is there any way I could edit that in, or install a mod that is similar?

No there are no mods. Those where removed when the game was folded into the TWGS.

However you can do A lot with scripts if you are a good enough scriptor. I am not but know people who are.

I have used scripts on my server to control things like photon usage and stuff like that.

Vid has done some of the things you are talking about with scripts on his server. so, you might want to talk to him.
