What is actually considered Neutral? 0-199 positive alignment? Also do Nuetral players suffer from Extern Alignment/Experience losses in mixed corps during Extern? |

0 alignment. Everyone suffers from experience loss (no such thing as alignment loss) on a mixed corp if the corp itself is to lose exp. |
