Please see my post in the "Ideas" topic which outlines the way the new manual will be constructed. I will post several sub-topics for the various sections of the manual and will ask for Team Leaders to volunteer for each who will be incharge of writing the various sections. They may write them themselves or call for volunteers to help write.
The final selection of Team Leaders out of those that volunteer (if more than 1) will be selected by a committee (who I am presently getting together) and will be advised here.
