Quick update
Just wanted to let everyone know I've been down with the flu for awhile and I'm just starting to get back to work on this. Sorry for the delay. Sing, I'll have those timings ready to go soon so you guys can start hammering that out.

Re: Quick update
Sing, I'd like to do preliminary testing of these new changes on the 21-6.com server so I don't disrupt the games on classictw.com. I created a game for you on slot S with the same password you use on classictw.com. Just put it through some paces and make sure I didn't break anything, and then we can get serious about setting appropriate timings.
You can find the timing settings under a new TEDIT screen, 'Z'.
The other things I did on this update are
1) A progress bar for long delays. This is only shown if animations are on. 2) Events are processed and displayed during long pauses. Certain events will abort long delays. 3) Removed a short input buffer processing lag. Input is processed immediately when it is received. This should tighten the timings a bit more.
