There exists a fencepost error in the credit withdrawal/transfer-from code in both the Bank and treasury. To see it, have 999,999,999 credits and then attempt to withdraw 1 more. It gives you the "you cannot have more than 1,000,000,000 credits" message, even though selling a ship and trading both allow the collection of 1 more. (For that matter, trying to sell a ship with a value that would cause excess of 1 billion credits after completing the transaction should warn about it.) Yes, I know that this is a truly trivial thing to gripe about. I'm just poking at the edges to figure out what the limits actually are. -wingedwolf |

It should give you the "you cannot have more than 999,999,999 credits" message , and therefore would be fixed ... You can not carry any more then that as a player. Your citadel level planets can carry many time that , in their banks. Thanks for finding a trivial thing , but one to remember non the least. |
