As most of you are aware, the EIS forum has been having some issues. These problems occured since the hosting server upgraded their software (Windows and IIS). To resolve these issues, we have temporarily moved the forums to a new hosting computer. However, since we only moved the forum and not the entire EIS website, we needed to link to a new site at the new hosting computer. Therefore, the forum will open up in a frame so you "remain" at EIS while reading the forum. The HOME button wont work 100% properly since it will open a frame in a frame. This is a temporary solution. Now that the forum is operational again, JP and Rick spend some time to make decisions about what needs to be done to keep the forums running smoothly in the future. earth. |

Apparently, the frames dont work for everyone and will not allow some people to login properly. The symptom is that you login and it pretends like you havent logged in 
I will talk with Vulcan tonight and we will remove the frame and link directly to the forum so this issue should disappear as soon as the frames disappear. earth. |

Yes, thank you EP using that link worked for me also.  and thanks to all who got EIS back up and running.. Also want to thank Vulcan, his forum ROCKS!

Thanks guys for getting EIS web forum back up [:)] Please check the web pages .. the send password knew my email was wrong (not the one I signed up with) , but when I did use the right one .. the site errored .. (sorry I didnt make a cap) [:(] As you see .. I figured out p/w and am BACK .. and happy to get my favorite forum to read again [;)] |
