The results of the 5th Annual Trade Wars 2002 Awards have been in and now they are posted. I apologize for taking so long but I time has been short lately.

I would like to say that I am very pleased with the results of this years awards, maybe a little disappointed with the number of votes but other then that I was very satisfied with the results.

It was a very close race in most categories with the order of the winners decided in the last few days of voting. There are some new names as well as many familiar ones, but I would like to congratulate all of the nominees, and thank everyone who participated.

Because it's an Olympic year I decided to list the top 3 in each category on the winners page (normally it's only the winner and runner-up) so on the results page the winner is colored in GOLD, 1st runner-up in SILVER and 2nd runner-up in BRONZE...

** The database "lost" this category day 1 of the awards (before it was upgraded) because of this loss the category was not able to complete voting. Rather then not give away this award it was decided that the votes for the top 3 winners in each player skills category would added together and that total would determine the winner of the Overall Category. The categories used for this were: Best CEO, Best RED Player, Best BLUE Player, Best Team Player, Best Strategic Player, Best Killer and Best Solo
