I love the look of the forums. You've made a great work on them. But they aren't shown correctly in FireFox. The Home-Forum-Resources-Personal-About menu is screwed, a big black space appears between it and the main frame and overall I'd say that FF is not supported [:(] I don't know how difficult it'd be to make the forums FireFox-friendly but: 1) I don't like switching to IE each time I check the forums. 2) FireFox is getting more and more users every day, and a big boost of users will come with the final release of the 1.0 version. See what you can do please, and keep up the good work! |

This is a problem that has long existed. And Rick Mead, aka Gypsie, has no intentions of making the site cross-browser compatiable. As far as he is concerned, if it works in IE. Then it works for all. |

Ok, thanks for the fast reply. If that's the policy, that's the policy... |

This was covered before.. it's a javaScript version issue. IE supports the older javaScript version and FireFox doesn't; if you disable javaScript in FireFox the space goes away (along with the majority of the forum features). One suggestion.. set http://www.eisonline.com/twforum/forum.asp as the homepage in IE's Internet Properties, and simply treat IE as a quick link to the forums. If you can't remove it from your computer and it's isn't good for anything else, why not? |

I'd like to point out that the Home-Forum-Resources-Personal-About menu is not needed to actually use the forums. I never use any of those options. |
