So. Looks like Extern is crapping-out some point during its list of 'things to do.' I've attempted to mitigate the problem by reducing the number of active Aliens and took a couple (empty) games offline. Fingers crossed that Extern will run as expected.

If Extern insists on having a conniption fit every time it runs, I may have to reset the entire Games Menu.
