Here is the web link:

http://www.eisonline.com/order/default.htm

This is to EIS Online where you can browse the pricing on different packages. In case you are wondering the difference between 4 node or 100 node, I'd suggest just register the 100 node. Most of us have it. Make it easier for you in the long run.

Heh, normally as long as it takes JP to get the email, send and mail you the codes. This isn't a automated service, and usually takes 2 or 3 weeks. That part really needs some serious thought for future sales on JP's part.

You sent it to a physical address??? WoW... If you open the TWGS software there is a ORDER! tab...follow the instructions there use Email to contact JP directly there are some instructions listed,,
PLACING YOUR ORDER

If ordering online, email the generated form to

jpritch@eisonline.com

and then go to http://www.eisonline.com/order to place your order.

If ordering via mail, print and mail the generated form with a
MONEY ORDER ONLY to:

EIS
PO Box 153
Hastings, NE 68902-0153

Registration codes will be sent to the email address provided.

NOTE: If you're ordering a TWGS/TWGS Lite registration along with a
TW 2002/Gold registration, you can receive a $10 discount by
ordering a PACKAGE registration rather than a UNIT or UPGRADE
registration from the form below. The discount is included in
the listed price.

I think that so many people go the pay-online route, an address change wasn't updated. Why don't you send an email to the above address, and work it out with JP.

Good luck.
