 When Golden Ferrengle and Ferrengle, please excuse the spelling.....[:D] are taken from them, will they create another home world??????
If not, do they claim other planets left about the the universe????? No, they do not claim other planets in the game and .. boy I'm rusty .. I don't believe they create another homeworld if theirs is blown up either. The gold aliens however do not require a homeworld to be able to regenerate. You set the miniumum and maximum number there can be in the game and the game continues to generate new ones based on it's own internal algorhythms that it uses to determine how many exist at any given time.

I was curious cause, in the game I am in, we got Golden Ferringel, Ferringel, and Trade World, ofcourse not a stock game, and them Ferrengi are all of a sudden crawling everywhere........... When the gold Ferrengi's world is captured they continue to spawn in any sectors that belong to them. They can spawn over player fighters, mines, planets, etc. If Ferrengal has not moved since it has been captured then they will attack and continue attacking (spawning new Ferrengi on a regular basis) until they recapture the planet, it is somehow destroyed or it is moved. If the planet is moved, they will revert back to trading and robbing ports. If any of the active Ferrengi happen to stumble across the planet, then all of the Ferrengi will then attack the planet until its recaptured, destroyed or moved. In a majority of games, if you capture Ferrengal and it's not a Level 4 citadel capable of transwarp, you're probably going to lose it. The Ferrengi can spawn all day and throw hundreds of ships and hundreds of thousands of fighters at Ferrengal in a day, depending on how far along the game is. Because they spawn with shields and fighters, and there is no limit to the number of aliens that can spawn in a day, they can pretty much outlast any defenses a player can put up to protect the planet. _________________ Lisa M. In that case, get a dead beat corpie to park in the citadel on ferrengal untill its a lvl 4 so you don't have to recapture it. The ferrengi won't kick him out and if someone else finds it and kills him...so what he was a dead beat right! LOL

I'm sorry PHX, but I'm gonna have to correct you on this one...me and a corp-mate found ferrengal before it even had a citadel, so we've been keeping a close eye on it. After it had a citadel, we would go over 5 or 6 times a day, and take their figs/credits, which was pretty funny, because they kept putting them, we also took their colos for that matter. But then it got a level2 citadel, and it wasn't soo easy, because we had to destroy their figs, so one of us would always stay in the citadel, so we could take the figs and creds, go to our home base, drop them off, then go park in the citadel again, till they built up. But we never claimed it, so that way they could still drop them off.
Well, for some odd reason, he got killed by a ferrengi last night, after being parked in the citadel. So I parked in it this morning, and when I logged on, I was outside of ferrengal, in the sector! With half my figs gone, please tell me why... |

ohh yeah, one more thing, It might just have been something else wrong, because my password dissapeared, and the money in my bank dissapeared too, and I was getting logged off, so it might have been someone that hacked my name or something, you never know...

well I don't know about your problem but if you are rally bored with a game and you have the money to lose leave some on the planet the ferrengi will use it to bye figs and shields them you can take it all from them again and again. it is a grat way to make EXP.

#1 dagger if you wereon the cid and a ferengi was on the planet it would have booted you off the planet. #2 I'd like to know how you were taking credits off the planet before it had a Cid?...#3 Aliens do claim other planets for themselves. They are almost like other players but they are alot more annoying cause they don't have turns to run down and some aliens reg figs and shields when they move from sector to sector. #4 if you do take the planet if the setting of the planet of right they won't be able to take it back no matter how hard they try.to give you a example the game i'm in now.
