I have an alignment of around -150k and my fellow corpies have alignment of around positive 30K. I lose over 2,000 experience points per day for being in this corp. I've been getting them back by planet busting but this takes time and money.
Is there a better way to do this?
Thanks, Nathan

Have your corpmates keep their alignment under -1500 and you won't lose as much. To get it down that far, they either have to attack something with very high blue alignment, or self destruct. Unless you have a very high aligned blue somewhere in the game, self-destructing is probably going to be easiest and cheapest, provided there's no death limit.

K - thanks for the info. I actually lost all of my experience points today as the highest aligned blue in the corp was 30,069 X 25% = 7,517 experience points lost. That is going to cost around 3.5 mil in credits of planet busting to get me back to where I can steal full holds on a COLT.
I had a friend out of the corp attack me with enough fighters to get his alignment way up then had the guy in my corp with a high alignment pod him. This brought the guy in my corp back down to an alignment of around 1K. I guess the key is keeping your blues with as low of an alignment as possible without going negative.
Thanks again. Nathan

When is the experience lost? At 12 a.m.? at extern? you could have the smaller portion of your corp leave corp and hide in fedspace for two five minutes and then rejoin corp to avoid any loss. I was thinking of this problem myself when I was wanting to run an evilgood corp.

Alignment penalties happen at Extern.
(shamelss plug...)
See http://www.tw-cabal.com/glossary.html#Extern: for a list of events that happen at extern.

About a week ago , I did some SPYING .. on another server as SysOp NOT as Player .. I seen a player at a port but his script was too fast for me to make out what he was doing.
He did something to a port that dropped his exp by 10 points each time.
And soon became FED SAFE !
This may be a cheat or a bug , but before I call foul .. anyone have an explaination [?]

Vid Kid,
If a player is evil, and busts at a port- later in the day if he goes blue, he can "fake" bust at that port to get his experience down.

It was a blue player trying to get fed safe , at -10 exp points per whatever they were doing .
They did this for about 4,000 exp loss.
I do not believe they were evil at all that day , so the fake bust would not apply.
But I'm still interested in how this was done , and maybe fix it.
They also did something else I will not post here .. but to say it was an out right cheat.
Any ideas [?]

I had that idea, myself, but if you try it, it'll blow up in your face. Once those corpies leave the corp, they won't be able to rejoin, because they're the opposite alignment of the CEO.

Good point, JoshE. Also, just because they leave the corp to make some cash, they dont have to have a way back in. If its just their job to go and do what they can, evil-wise, then is there really a need for them to get back into the Corp?
