I had a power outage yestrday I forgot the the TWGS server was not on a battery backup with the other servers so I just relized today that the server was off but its back up now sorry for the prob later

Hi all just wanted to pop in and let everyone know that TWGS is back up and sorry for the down time I finle got tired of the dmb system that I had it on crashing on me so I moved TWGS to a VM with the rest of my servers so it should be a lot less down time since the rest of my VM servers NEVER go down so it should b ok now and I belive I was able to save all the games so everyones data hat was playing is still there anyway thanks and agian sorry for the down time

Default movement delay is too slow. If you set it to constant 250 ms, that will be fine. Some have set is as fast as 75 ms, but there's no guarantee that the data file will remain stable at that speed.

witch move delay do U think needs to be changed I found a delay section in tedit but there r a few of them

Yeah, there are quite a few movement delay settings. And it all depends upon the edit you're offering and the type of player you hope to attract.

Movement to 250 ms, and no other will suit most all players.

On my server, I hope to give new and returning players a little hand by also enabling planet movement delay. There's no guarantee, but a slower moving planet helps to discourage or prevent players from using reactive scripts to drop a planet on another player. Silly me, I don't think planets should move faster than ships. LOL (JMHO)

I just noticed that my cscnet1.net domain has expired it is in the works to be renewed ill let U all know when it has been in the mean time TWGS can be accessed by the IP at 70.58.175.124 port 2002 thanks and sorry for the prob i will update this post when the domain is back up thanks
