YOU 2 CAN MOO 2-BYOC Ultimate TW will be hosting a MOO2 Tournament starting on Saruday, Augest 1, at 7PM Eastern U.S. Time Ultimate TW: Players Choice For 2008 With 30 to 70 Players Online 24/7 Voted "Best Website Overall" And "Best Game Edits" In "2005 TW AWARDS!" Come Join The Crowd! <telnet://www.Ultimatetw.com:23> will be banging Game T: "MOO 2 Tourney Practice Game", on Monday, July 20Th, 2009 at 7PM Eastern U.S. Time This game will have the following settings: - MOO2 Ship and Planet Edits - 20K Sectors - 1,500 Turns - 3 Day Turn Bank - Unlimited Time - 5 Players Per Corp. - 5 Planets Per Sector - MBBS COMBAT SETTINGS - Colonist Policy: 500K on Day 1 - 2 days to enter game - Extern At 11PM Eastern U.S. Time Rules: No buy-outs of any kind. No Blowing StarDock No duping or account switching once the accounts have been created. (You lose a player, you're down a player. Simple) No Mega-corping. (This means no hard asset sharing. No rule against information sharing) Winners will be determined when 1 corp is remaining or 60 days, whichever comes 1st. If the game last 60 days, a point system will be used to determine the winner. The point system will be determined by amount of assets with the following scale. 1000 points for each 1 million fighters on planets. (Rounded off the the lowest million) Points for cash in citadels will be calculated by price of fighters at games end. 1000 points for each shielded planet owned by your corp at the end of the game. 1000 additional points if planet was created by another corp, in the daily logs as shields destroyed and invaded, and still owned at the end of the game. Note: Planets captured from corporations with less than the 3 player minimum will not count as captured. You may sign up for this game by replying to this thread. We look forward to seeing you there! Just letting us know your coming works for me. We will see ya in the Practice game and if not see you on game day I wouldn't mind knowing how many teams are coming, but I see no point in making it any sort of requirement. We have a team and I believe Rider is putting a team together as well. Plus rumors of at least one other in the making. If anyone is interested in playing and is team less, post here with a way for a team(that is short a player) to get a hold of you. Also in revers any teams looking for players, Please post with contact info. |

Aliens in the practice game? There are no aliens in M002, that I know of. |

I've just rebanged the practice game and reloaded a fresh twa file. As some of you have noticed, the game decided to give itself aliens, which oddly enough, originated from a subzero game. Strangest thing I've ever seen! I suspect that the problem originated from the request to up the planet count to 8000 for the rebang but that's only a guess. Planet count is back to 4000 and game is ready to play. Sage |

However if you needs assets to get going again I'm sure I could scrounge some up for ya tomorrow. If you like I can ask the guys in the game to take it easy on the podding. I know they were messing around earlier. Must have gotten caught in the cross fire. |

Just an FYI for those of you that want to know...we are up to 5 teams coming so far. 2 are short 1 player each. So if you would like to play and need a corp to play with get a hlod of Big D or Hexil, both, last I heard were short. If you would like to put a team together, maybe let me know or pop in the practice game. I'll see if I can't point ya in the right direction. |

Better have Sage set the planet limit to 8,000 Planets. I would really hate to be accused of a buyout when peeps Planet-cashing scripts wont work anymore |
