I also "think" you dont have to kill the trigger. Using the trigger, kills itself. it suppose to do an "enter" (*) but it's jamming always there... could you see the error here ? |

Code: SETDELAYTRIGGER Break2 :Enter2 1000 pause :Enter2 KILLTRIGGER Break2 send "*" Yea, you need to actually send the enter. You also need to pause execution for the trigger to work |

I'm not so sure for that, cause Vid told me that the settriggerdelay command send automatic *... maybe I didn't understand what I meant cause it's my second language. |

I think Yop Solo misunderstood , in an example I sent .. it had a delay with a pause in a nest of other triggers ... and after a little time .. it would trigger to a lable that had the Send "8" and that is what I mean by it was automatic .. to send the enter to complete the TWGS Tedit function I was doing. Sorry for the confusion. |

Kaus wrote: setdelaytrigger only delays the actual script for your specified time setDelayTrigger doesn't delay the script for the time specified, it resumes the script after the time specified. The PAUSE that should follow any trigger is what delays the script. Small differences in what we've said, but they are particularly important in understanding triggers. In truth, mastering trigger usage is one of the harder concepts to TWX scripting. Regards, +EP+ |

It is indeed the PAUSE not the DelayTrigger that pauses the script and the trigger resumes it. |
