So security is so tight that you aren't allowed to connect to WIFI without a "SecureBadge", witch is a badge with a chip in it (like your credit card). So I get a call from a user and reset his account so he can login to his computer, but the computer doesn't know I reset his account because it can not connect to the WIFI. The user says there are no hardline drops anywhere in his office, not even in the conference rooms. ... and he is in India, so it takes about two weeks to get a new badge. |
