6. No invading bases. No entering enemy bases. Anything that happens
to you in an enemy base is your fault. One truce protected base per
corp.
Base must be in a bubble or dead end and the door must be
labeled with a becon.

You said something about "we have to build in multiple bubbles" - you build in multiple bubbles, you're violating truce, and it is getting invaded. So I'd suggest you move anything in more than one bubble quickly.

Tell you what corp 3 or corp 2, I am clearing out of this right now, its going to take about an hour then you can move in.

Um dude I know how to find bubbles. Which you should realize by now.

I also know how to cap planets. In case you haven't noticed, I have all 8 of the alien planets.

And we're doing just fine in one base, because we are actually complying with the rules of the truce, unlike you.

It's great that you feel like you have to cheat to compete in a game.

Truce rules:

** THESE RULES ONLY APPLY TO GAMES LABELED AS TRUCE GAMES **

A truce is a period of time when aggressive activities are forbidden so that players can move, grid, cash, and develop bases without being invaded or accosted by enemy corps.

The spirit of a truce is simple: No aggressive activities. While some accidents may be allowed from time to time, clearly aggressive acts are not allowed.

The truce period ends when the V (hit V, look at the age) reaches a certain date. Like a V=3 truce means that while V=0, V=1, or V=2, the truce is in effect. Once V=3, the truce is over.

The following things are expressly forbidden during truce:

Invading or claiming planets you don’t own
Attacking or killing other players
Laying more than 1 fig in non-base sectors
Laying mines and/or limpets in non-base sectors
Putting planets in non-base sectors
Building bases in high traffic areas
Trapping players with either a planet or ship IG, even at base
Creating navhaz to damage opponents
Using game bugs or “tag” scripts to knock enemies off-line
No cannon use outside of base
No photon use
No blockades of any kind
No blowing stardock, or any of the class 0s
No “mothing” enemy sector or atmos cannons
Additionally, all other server rules apply (ie: no dupes, etc).

Finally, all truce games have a NO BUYOUTS rule in effect for the lifetime of the game. This continues even after truce period.

Determining base is simple: Is this a bubble? Is it a tunnel? Is it a DE? Does it have more than one planet? Are there other planets behind it? Is it in a high traffic sector, etc. If you want to be safe, just build in small bubbles or DEs until after the truce is over.

This is a “no technicalities” truce. If you break the spirit of non-aggression, you’ve broken the truce. I may not be able to monitor all games, so if a truce violation happens in your game then let me know. What happens if a truce is broken?

One or more of these:

A Warning
Game closed and truce breaker deleted
Game closed and truce breaker corp deleted
Game closed and winner adjudicated
Which one depends on the severity and frequency of the truce violation.

Or these
Truce Rules
1. Don't interfere with another player's game play!
2. No player to player Combat
3. 1 fig per sector in open space
4. Limpets are okay during truce (Armids are not okay in open space)
5. No blowing ports in open space.
6. No nav haz creation in open space.
5. You can defend your door with figs, mines, and quasars.
6. No IGs of any kind (Planet or Ship)
7. Only your door can have quasars turned on, armid mines, or offensive figs.
8. No blowing Class 0/9 ports during the truce.
9. No capping other player's ships.
10. No invading or taking other player's planets.
11. Alien planets become truce protected after they are capped.

Definitions
Open Space - MSLs and any sector outside a bubble or tunnel or dead end that has 3 or more warps.
Door - The first sector in a bubble or a tunnel that has only 2 warps.
Bubble - A group of sectors with 1 way in or out.
Tunnel - A series of sectors connected by 2 way warps ending in a Dead End.
Dead End - A sector with 1 warp

Penalties
The corp pays the price for one of their players breaking the truce. So if a player #SD# another player, the whole corp sits out 1 day, not just the offending player.

Doesnt matter what the truce rules are the exp. players either look for the loop holes or just plain ignore them. The funny thing is the Noobs or old school players have no problem following the rules. If I ever do a truce game again in a non-builders game, it will be for them.
