Over the last year or so, I have sent several messages containing qestions in reguards to SWATH (using the link on there home page) and I have NEVER received a responce. I dont intend to stop using the product, but I would not pay for it again. If my copy ever stops working, I will be finding something else do to the lack of support when there are issues. |

Darn. ok... the first 4 numbers were 1897... then tehre was an A, and a B... frack that was a long code. |

Stein's always been responsive when I've emailed him. I had a problem with my old original reg code not being able to automatically authenticate in newer versions of Swath, and he even converted it to a newer code. This was about 2 months ago. He also added one or two features to Swath when I requested them many years ago, which blew me away. Give him another shot. Besides, it isn't his fault you lost your codes  +EP+ |

He's been very responsive to me as well... last time I needed help was about 2 months ago, and he always emailed back within 24 hours. Might be out of town or something? |
