I would like to move on a bit here. but to set the record straight, the MC thread and discussion was me, not T0yman. He never complained to me about it.

Him complaining to you isn't an issue here. It's the fact that he has complained in this thread about it for the last 2 days. So if any rule was broken, I direct your attention to this rule:

7. Whine and complain on how someone is playing or acting and your guaranteed to end up on my ignore/AnimalDung list. If you think that only way you can get my attention is to bring a complaint into a public forum and discredit me or the server expect to get your account on the server suspended.

It's not like it matters much at this point since his corp has already been eliminated from the BOTE tournament.

I do agree with you however, he should move on.

Thats fine that you brought up a good question RP, but this whole thread is full of toyman and cruncher trying to blame (make excuses) for MC and sharing data.

OK, then in the BOTE Tournament was any DATA shared between Kraaken / Ground Zero as of to the where location of any of iSilver Surfers assets?

I won't accuse since I already know the answer! I did not file a complaint since it can't be proven other than reading the logs which is clear what took place. If RP was forced to make a decision with the only info being the daily log files, then it would just cause more of a headache than needed. We're good with losing, maybe not so much with the methods used!

No data was shared, how many times do we have to say it, bigd had a corp 3 limp on him when he was riding your planet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Talking about breaking rules refer back to bigd's last post!! This is twice now that you guys have made big deals about the BOTE in the forums, first being when you dropped off the planet and KB pwned you, and second this BS! The method that was used to beat ya was poor corp leadership on your behalf!!! You guys made mistake, after mistake throughout the whole game, learn from your mistakes and move on already!

I appreciate your participation in this tournament T0yman, both you, and all your team. With every tournament comes questions, and several have been brought to light this year. I hope we all continue to learn, and have fun with this game.

That's the first, everything was discussing your version of MC. Now if a little birdie that knows the truth would step up I could really have fun.

That alone means more than some silly victory.

What is clear what took place was that your corp had you planet in an old c3 bubble with c3 armids and limpets in it. We found your corps L5 sitting in those sectors and started to invade that planet. I of course picked up a c3 limpet when I was attempting to invade that L5 planet. I was at the shield prompt of your planet and decided I would just ride along while your corp wasted gas trying to get away. Xanos warped the planet to an MSL about 15 minutes before extern. Kraaken knew where we were because I had picked up one of thier limpets that was in the sector that YOUR corp was sitting in hiding.
I'm assuming Kraaken came to investigate the active limpet that I was wearing while riding around on your planet. I macro'd a few attacks on your shields and reloaded on figs from the sector. Kraaken seen this and went next door and torped me while sitting on your planet shields which were down to about 185 planet shields at the time. Extern gettting close and me out of turns, we decided that we would have to try later and moved out. Kraaken didn't attack anyone while they were there. So there was no asset sharing, there was no information sharing, and there was no rules broken unless it was YOUR corp that called them in for help.

All content removed since all I could hear is the hissing sound of a snake. You said you were done discussing it, move on. Stop trying to justify with even more deception and lies.... we are out it is over and we know what took place.

As I told you 10 posts ago, it is time to move on and leave this dribble out of the BOTE thread. So please do so.
