I had one other complain about the ping. Is it running slow?

I also remember that pain. It is a shame that the traditions wind up the way the way they did due to politically correctness. Cause actually the Shellback initiation was kinda fun going through it. Where else can you get multicolored food, and half the time wear it as well as eat it. Lmao.

Was just the one evening, seemed good last night.

I only ask for players and I was surprised I even got any, we are having fun. Making a lot of mistakes but it is funny to laugh at each other. I have played on a lot of corps and with a few perma corps and this is the most enjoyable tournament so far.

If you would stop streaming "broke back mountain" we should be fine ROFL just kidding, some days are slower then others ROFL

Seems the BOTE has some interesting times in it from what I saw a little while ago, well at least some players are getting their groove on and kicking butt.

Are we so dependent on mobile planets to attack with, that we can't proceed until their mobile?
I know the players have said it's a slow edit, but it seems everyone is kinda biding their time till mobile planets.

No, that was meant for the other corps, being since c1 really hasnt moved much, ohh and when they do they end up SD, just ask Epicenter

i personally dont mind the slow planets too much.. i would much rather be in a ship battle than planet battle. and since it is only 5k the chances of the game ever lasting til mobile are low.. now if it was 10k or over sector then id have a problem. the problem i have with stock edit is if you're red you really cant do anything but grid and cash.. not that i think a red should have a ship equal to blues but closer than 10k to 50k would be nice. even a cfs has no chance in a ship to ship battle out in space

Actually, my ping is "smokin'!" I'm only a 3 hour drive from RP's, so I'm usually getting 156.

Ping is one consideration for who's playing what position, time zone is another. I believe Orion is the only player in this tourney further east than I am. I could be wrong, I don't know everyone's location. Anyhow, like most of you, if I cash all my turns out, I don't grid. If I bust out and have turns left, then I grid.

You'd better put little helmets on your grid figs, the next time I grid, it won't be passively.

I think they are, that's why they want to shorten the citadel construction times. That just makes the game easier to play.

I think the stock edit with today's gridding and attack scripts is much more challenging to play than before. I'm enjoying myself, dispite all the mistakes we've made... after the tourney we'll share a beer and some stories.

Loc pretty much hit it on the head, as u can tell we have 6 or 7 kills, so no we dont need a planet to be aggressive!!! cruncher u havent hit a fig since this game has started!! And if you said your still passive gridding after a week and a half your lying!

Sorry, but she has been passive gridding, TR did last night too. Moving around by hand and searching instead of just loading a script takes some effort and time but it is an unlimited time game so there is no rush.
