Is there any way to influence what kind of planet you get from a Genesis Torp? I've been getting about 50-60% Gas Giants, 10-20% Glacial, and the rest split between Earth-type and Desert lately and it's really annoying. Does it have anything to do with the other planets in the sector or other planet that I own?

I have yet to get an Oceanic planet. I'd like to see what I can do with one of those.
