So recently returned...so I'm a bit rusty.. If I find a base with someone sitting in the sector above their planets... And I photon them.... do they lose all their turns they had when they logged off? or do they lose all the turns they would have earned since the last time they logged on? or some other amount? I just want to know if its worth photoning a sector I find with someone in the sector....like a guy in a tholian or an indictor cruiser |

ok so lets say player UNLUCKY logs on everyday at 2:10PM in a sector in the open. If I logon everyday at 2:01 PM and photon him, every day he will logon without any turns and be forced to wait till 3PM to regain 1/24th of his daily turns? |

That is correct , you can do this on the hour as well. It will also turn a players Interdictor generator off till they switch it back on .. if they have one on their ship. |

If they do not have any turns, will they still flee if you "ping" them with one (or any number) of fighter(s)? Do Tholians flee? |

As a general rule they will flee if you have more figs than they do, and if they have a sector available to fleet to- one that doesn't have any of your figs in it. Granted, if they have turned auto-flee off, then they will stay and take it. IIRC all ships will eventually flee if the attack has more figs than the defender. Also, if the person is online, then there is the possibility that they will not flee, but instead refill figs from planet if they are in a Tholian or any other ship with a planetary defense bonus. |
