Basically none. There are exceptions of course, scripts made to be run AFK, Runaway is a good example.

Actually the bot you run, if you run one, is another example of an AFK script.

Saveme, pdrop, foton can all be run afk. Running them without a corpie at keys means you may be dead soon. They all have flaws that can be exploited. You walk away from the keys with a full planet and come back later and you are #SD# because your script didnt stop when it got low on fuel

So be careful out there, AFK scripts can be very helpful AND they can get you killed. Just like anything else in this game its all about having (and using) the correct tools at the correct time.
