i wanted to buy 1 fig. figs are 175 creds, so i went to the shipyard with 175 creds. it wouldn't let me buy a fig. Code: You have 175 credits. <Shipyards> Your option (?) ? P You have 175 credits. That's how JP is making money on Tradewars these days. One credit per fig adds up when you consider all the fighters that have been purchased in every game on every server out there. lol |

If I had to guess, this would have to do with the price of figs and shields being on a sin curve, so often they are not exactly at 175 credits... might be 175.2 or something similar. |

Laff, yea but you'd think it would be rounded to the nearest credit on costs. Which might be the problem, it truncs for display and rounds for cost. |

Actually it is just the same as buying a car. You get the price set, go into the "business" (make that "funny business") office and then they add the "administrative" fees to the cost. The Feds have to make their cash........ |

Using Cherokee's fig/shield calculator for today's date gives fig 174.36 creds, shield 175.64 creds. Shipyard shows fig 174 creds, shields 175 creds. When I bought, I paid 174 for a fig and 176 for a shield. |

figs suck. If I were you, I would buy shields. Lots and lots of shields. It's the only way to be uber turtelitious. I wish I didn't pick my nose anymore, then I would have time for tw. |
