Last I knew, he no longer has internet access at home. Since he ran the site on his own computer, that's why it's down. I'm not sure if he has plans of bringing it back or not.

tw-cabal.com should be back as soon as traitor gets the hosting stuff switched over. He said he wouldn't have time until this weekend.

res did offer to host it for free. traitor i'd say do that unless you get a better than free deal (doubt it) love him or hate him (res) he cares alot about this game and if you have a twars site, he will host that for you free of charge. tw-cabal is a great site that i tell every new person i teach to read 100% right away. i'll bug you more when i catch you on icq traitor, but i'd consider having res host for ya! never have to worry about affording it again!

its a travesty to have that wonderful site down even for a day :)

Maybe it's just me, but a quick visit to tw-cabal.com reveals that he's a tad more than bitter at this point. [:O]

I don't know about others, but I don't think I'd get my hopes up about it coming back any time soon. [B)]

That is not good news for the twars community. That site was the best for information that I have found. The new players, as well as some who have been playing for a while have lost a valuable site. Whatever traitor's situation, hopefully it will resolve and he will come back to twars.

Traitor has given me all the files to his website. For now, you can access it at http://www.twinfo.org/twcabal/ I think he plans to update his dns servers so the domain points there. At that point, tw-cabal.com should work again, too.
