Oh man, I LOVE TW and all, but it is waaaaaaaaaaaaay too easy to get your alignment stuck on the end you don't want it and waaaaaaaaaaaaay too hard to get it back. So I'm a red, and I attack some dumba$$ who kills me while I'm SSMing's figs and planets and such and *poof* now I'm blue, cuz he's red too. And no colonist jettison anymore, can't attack any blue figs cuz there just aren't that many in my game, all the aliens are long gone, planet busting brings it down 1 at a time, can't go in to the underground cuz I'm at max positive alig. Any suggestions? |

If you self destruct it will take your alignment to -10. Unfortunately, it will also take you to 0 exp. Basically you're left either playing blue or doing that, though. |

use all your turns for the day and right before extern CBY then 15 min later at extern your back in the game you lose nothing except for a ship so i recomend using a cheap ship and make sure you use all your turns so you don't waste those either... Strider |

AND if you follow Strider's method, in 15 min when you reenter, you dshould have enough turns to get to your old ship/base/cloak... |

One word of advise .. make sure extern on the server you play at is either at midnight or shortly after. That way when you CBY before midnight , and come on after mid , extern would have run or soon will. Mainly just to get back your 2 extra pod-lives. I mention this cause I'm on a server where extern is at 8pm server time. So the other players we kill are really hosed if they come back before extern. Something some NEW sysops should consider. It will get repossesed anywhere. There are things you can do to delay it however. Read this: http://www.eisonline.com/twforum/topic. ... Heh, of all the people who have podded me, Zyrain and I make up about 75%. When playing on a corp, you can make alignment adjustments by dropping corp and attacking each other. This generally takes 3 players though, where a red and blue will take turns attacking each other in order to diverge alignment, and the misaligned player will attack one or the other to adjust as necessary. When you are by yourself though, you cby (self-destruct), attack a similarly aligned player, or play according to your current alignment. +EP+ |
