Whats the best planet and colo levels to make the most fighters if you have a ton of extra colos not making stuff to sell?

I guess it would depend on the Edit, and the setup of the planet

In a stock game class O's are always good for fig production if you have loads of colos and nothing to do with them and they make org that you can sell. :)

In a stock game, while the fig production is decent for class O's, you're better off just growing H's, more money per turn invested, when selling product.

The Class O planets have the highest per planet production for fighters but the Class L's are more efficient. So it depends on how much protected space you have to work in. If space is limited, the Class O's will produce more per sector. If space is not an issue then the Class L's are the way to go.
