I thought I read somewhere that JP had made changes to the game so that the flee routines, like SSF and SDF, were not worth using any more, that you still got tagged for the move turns whenever you get pinged by your corpie. Is that true? For any newbies or returning players like me, SSF is Sell Steal Flee and SDF is Sell Dump Flee.

Largely, yes, especially given the difficulty of setting it up. I haven't seen flee used in a long time.

I believe the exact change was an extra turn is charged half the time when porting after a flee, but the bottom line is like Sing said.
