Hey all!

Can someone tell me what effect, exactly, a photon missile has on an occupied IC? My understanding was that the Interdictor was dampened during the photon wave, but then was re-enabled once the wave was over. True? or not? I was in the habit of protecting my bubble with a loaded IC (100K figs + 4K shields). I knew I would lose my turns on a photon, but figured it would take some pretty serious offense to take me out.

I got took out. In the particular game, we controlled about half the figs, out of 500K. The team that took us out was not even the strongest competition. The took out my loaded IC, plus my corpies ISS, loaded.

Was I incorrect in my understanding? Or were they just that much better than we thought they were?
