Ok, I have read a lot of stuff on the web concerning steal factors and rob factors. I also know that a lot of it is outdated, esp for twgs. For example, I have read that steal factor is exp/25 and exp/21, etc. I know that it is really exp/30 to exp/35. I have also read that you can bust by stealing too little, which I have not found to be true. So my questions are:

1. What is the Rob factor? I have seen exp*6, but I bust almost every other time when I use this. FAR more frequently than when I am stealing. What is the actual value?

2. Can you bust by robbing to little? For example, If I just set my rob to exp/10 will I be ok, or will I bust even more, if that is possible?
