I've got a problem with a few players intentionally buying out all of the ships. An affluent player can buyout all the ships at will and ruin a young game. New players and re-entering players are complaining to me about not being able to get in and the message they get tells them to contact me, but there's not much I can do. I can ask the persons to stop doing it or even attempt to ban them, but banning is not always effective since it requires the removal of access for an entire domain due to dynamic IP assignments and a lot of people connect from more than one ISP.

Since ships are a limited resource, would it be possible to add a setting that limits the number of ships that can be owned by a player or corporation?
