 Impact of Newest Revision on Helper Programs

Just out of curiosity I was wondering if anyone was having problems running certain helper scripts on servers that have implemented the TWGSv1.01 / TWv3.11 Rev 49 update. The 2 helpers i have tried since the revision (on Coastgames.com ) have been SWATH and J-TWAT. So, if you have had similar problems and / or you know a possible workaround (other than not using the helper ), please tell me. thx
