i ran across this by accident. yesterday i evicted a player from citadel so i could test my attack scripts on him. he's just a dupe, but i never logged him in, just attacked him while he was offline.

today, i logged in and saw what i expected - the dupe was in the sector... then i went to log in the dupe so that i could do some head-to-head, and watch what happens...
