 TimeLimits and Cloaking Devices

A user of mine found a bug or more accuratly a forgotten feature, which should be in there.

User has 1 Cloaking device, User ran out of time. It should detect this and give the user the option to cloak however it does not, It simple kicks the user out of the game.
