Until further notice, I recommend that you not install the most recent revisions until some of the current problems have been solved. Revision 39 seemed to be fairly stable, but I haven't manage to stabilize things since revision 40. There's a definite possibility of corrupted game data when running revision 40+. Once I am certain that I have fixed these serious problems, I'll make sure everyone knows to grab the latest version.
