I used to run a BBS about 7 years ago and just recently found out you could still run one through telnet. I have setup a "test" version of Renegade and am trying to run TW2002. So far everything looks good and the setup was easy (I can't believe I still remember alot of old SysOp commands). But then I ran into a problem. I'm using NetModem as my fossil and when renegade makes a drop file for TW it's picked up by TW just fine but the client who is telnet'd into the system just hangs there, while my server is sitting there waiting for the user in TW2002. It never kicks the client into tradewars on their end. They just sit there and cannot input anything, meanwhile the server is acting like it should, going into tradewars with the proper information (proper Com port setup). Anyone have a clue as to what I'm doing wrong?
