Is there a step by step guide to move an active game?

 Is there a step by step guide to move an active game?Need to move an active game I've been hosting on my gaming PC to a new dedicated server I bought. Will be easy to use and my gaming PC/3090ti won't heat the whole house with summer coming. First time doing this, so really looking for a true "dummies" guide of files to copy, hidden files or folders, and any registry keys.
