 Hello everyone, I just had a question about lost registrations. I sent an email to JP a few days ago with all of my info and I have not heard anything back. Am I sending the info to the right person or should I be contacting someone else? Thanks in advance for your time.

yeah, he has a lot going on at the moment and sometimes gets slow to respond, but he does, be patient, and he will get back to you, if it takes too long to get back to you, then let me or someone know and we will try to get with him for you. Also make sure you have a valid Email address to send the answer to.

I did I included in the last email with the paypal info, but I don't want to iratate him either since it isn't his fault my hdd took a dump and I didn't keep backups

Yes it is okay to keep following up on getting your codes again. He will answer you soon, just how soon is the question, he is busy on other projects at the time and will get to you soon as he can, sometimes it takes a few days, or so sometimes it takes only 2 or 3 days.

He is alive, just gets too busy at times, if he hasn't got back to you by this weekend then I will ICQ him and see if he got the Email. Let me know all the particulars in PM and will pass it on to him again too. Also check your junk or trash folder on your Email, sometimes it ends up in there too.

Great customer service there... laff. I have people complain if their purchases aren't ready within minutes, let alone weeks.
