Daily Log Issues

OK, this is a new one for me. I have a game going on in my server that has been running since September, and currently has approx 140 players in it, and 2 gold alien races, so there is a lot going on. Something weird today when people go to read the daily log:

As you can see it goes from today's daily log, to one that is approx. 6 weeks ago. I tried adding an announcement to see if it would show up, and that does not seem to be the case. Has anyone ever come across anything like this?
