I've been asked if I can age a game when a rebang is done. This way the aging will make the Alien races stronger. Since our rebangs are done automatically via our ScoreKeeper, I need to code the parameters into the program. Could someone tell me what setting I would do this at? I assume it is in General Editor One, Option P> Age of Game in Days, but need to be sure of this. I've never done an aging of game before.

Thanks.

Yea that is the setting, then also if there are days to enter, (if using tournament mode), you will need to tack those days on top of the added game age, otherwise all players will be locked out. Then you could also mod the alien settings themselves to make them act however (move more, generate more, etc., etc.), but you already know that.

Appreciate that Rexx. It's not tournament mode, just a reg game. I assume the aging will speed up the Aliens. So how does it work? If the Aliens say are 20 aliens, start out at lv 3, and strongest at 60 days. If I age by 20 days, they only have 40 days and would their cit possibly be higher as well?

That is the way I understand it works for them, the planet
should advance the same also, depending upon the edits for the planet they use
of course. Basically, advancing the game is the same as a passing day with
Extern, only their movement from sector to sector does not actually occur, it
just runs through the daily checklist and they advance according to their
configuration. This might be a little presumptuous, but that is how I understand it from my research so far.

Well I appreciate the input, and will file that for future reference then. Thanks for your time.
